Chlamydia Screening

Are you aged 15-24?  If yes, please contact the surgery and ask to make an appointment for your free chlamydia test.  It only takes a few minutes to do and results are sent to you confidentially.

Cervical Screening Programme

We recommend that all women aged between 25 and 64 regularly attend for cervical screening.  Cervical screening has reduced cancer rates by 50% since it first began.  You will be written to inviting you to attend either every 3 years or 5 years dependent on your age.  When you receive your letter, please telephone the surgery to make an appointment with the practice nurse.

 


 

 

Help with EMIS ACCESS

Emis Access allows you to do the following:

1) Pre-book appointments online.

2) View and re-order your repeat prescriptions online.

3) View your or your dependant's medical notes online. Please ask your GP or reception about this service.



If you cannot log into EMIS Access:

Please complete the following checklist before phoning the surgery:

1)Have you registered with EMIS Access? You need a registration document obtained from the surgery to do this. You must then follow the link from the registration document or from the website front page and click 'Create your account'.

Presuming that you have correctly registered:

2)Are you using the information for your EMIS Access account and not that for any other website? Please ensure that you are using the correct information.


If you have forgotten your password or lost your login information:

EMIS Access, because it allows access to very confidential information, is a very high security site. You cannot retrieve your password or other login information so try to keep it very safe. We are also unable to retrieve your login information.

If you have lost your information and cannot log in then you must contact the surgery for us to erase your account so you can then sign up again.
