Cancelling an Appointment - If you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason, please let reception know as soon as possible, even if it is 30 minutes notice, we may still be able to offer the appointment to another patient.

Booking Appointments 24/7; Ask at reception to be registered for online access. You will need to bring two pieces of identification with you, and one of these should include a photo eg passport or driving licence. The other may include a bank statement or utility bill with your address.

 

Named GP: All patients have been allocated a "named GP". Patients over 75 will have been advised of this by letter, and those under 75 are welcome to ask at reception when visiting or telephoning the practice.

 

Electronic Records: Patients with online access will be able to view their medications, allergies and adverse reactions from 31st March 2015 in line with our contractual requirements. From 31st March 2016 online access to Detailed Coded records will be enabled for patients. This should be requested via your online account. Our IT Statement of Intent has been amended to reflect this.
